Not an EQ! Not a boost! Something else…
the Sonic Maximizer is a very interesting effect it processes the voltage passing through the guitar signal. This can lead to a “pulling a blanket off your tone“ kind of effect. In my experience the effect is to subtle for me to justify putting it on a pedalboard for live use. But if you want to get that little bit of clarity out of your DI tones or Re-amped mono signal, this might be something worth considering. If you already know the effect well and just need to run it in a small form factor. this pedal is for you.
