sE Electronics Eloy Casagrande signature V Pack

V PACK Eloy Casagrande
Built for drummers who refuse to compromise, the V PACK Eloy Casagrande is a premium, tour-ready drum microphone system developed in direct collaboration with Eloy Casagrande himself. Engineered to capture the full force of modern metal performance, this signature set delivers uncompromising attack, clarity, and control—enhanced by phenomenal rejection to keep sound focused and isolated on even the loudest stages. Finished in striking white with Eloy's signature purple logo, it stands out visually as much as it performs sonically. Not just any standard—this is Eloy's standard.

Kick drum authority: the V KICK
At the heart of the pack is the V KICK, a dedicated bass drum microphone offering four switchable sonic voicings that move fluidly from classic warmth to modern punch. Whether the performance demands a vintage thump or a tight, cutting attack that cuts through a dense mix, the V KICK adapts without compromise. Its design reflects exactly what a modern metal drummer like Eloy requires—a mic that captures every nuance of kick drum articulation, from the initial transient to the trailing resonance, with precision and power.
Snare and toms: the V BEAT and V7 X
For snare and rack toms, the pack deploys the V BEAT—delivering the same high-grade sonic performance as the acclaimed V7 X dynamic microphone, housed in a dedicated low-profile, drum-friendly form factor that fits tight kit configurations without sacrificing audio quality. The V7 X itself handles additional tom duties with its perfect balance of detailed highs and deep, ultra-powerful lows. Together, these two microphones ensure that razor-sharp snare articulation and every tom attack come through with authority, fully mix-ready straight from the stage.
Overheads and beyond: the sE8
Rounding out the pack are two sE8 small-diaphragm condenser microphones, tasked with overhead duties. The sE8 is one of the quietest small-capsule microphones on the planet, capturing cymbals, the full kit ambience, and the air of a live performance with exceptional clarity and minimal self-noise. On arenas, clubs, and rehearsal stages alike, the sE8 adds the spatial dimension that transforms a close-mic'd kit into a living, breathing instrument. Housed in the rugged V CASE flight case and paired with the compact V CLAMP mounting system—designed with fast setup and breakdown in mind—the complete V PACK Eloy Casagrande is as practical as it is powerful. Every component earns its place on the road.
Why We Love This
Our gear experts appreciate the V PACK Eloy Casagrande because it eliminates compromise at every position on the kit. Each microphone is purpose-designed—whether it's the four-voicing V KICK, the low-profile V BEAT on snare, the powerful V7 X on toms, or the ultra-quiet sE8 overheads. The phenomenal rejection keeps sounds isolated even on the loudest stages, while the road-ready V CASE and quick-mount V CLAMP mean setup never slows a professional down.
