Yamaha YTR-200ADII Trumpet – Near Mint Condition, Freshly Serviced, Perfectly In Tune, Ready to Play, Priced to Sell

This Yamaha YTR-200ADII is in near mint shape and ready to go. The lacquer still looks good. You’re not looking at a beat-up school trumpet. It went through a full professional service recently, I checked it afterward, and it’s in tune. Valves move freely with no grit, the slides pull cleanly, and nothing feels sticky or half-adjusted. The sound is that familiar Yamaha student trumpet voice — clear, centered, and easy to slot.

Compression feels even and the valves return quickly. Soft notes still speak instead of dying, and the upper register stays usable without getting wild. After the service it doesn’t feel like a horn that still needs a shop visit before band. Oil it, put a mouthpiece in, and play.

The YTR-200ADII is Yamaha’s Advantage student trumpet, the model a lot of school programs used before the 2335 took over. Same idea: consistent pitch, durable build, and a tone that works in concert band without a lot of fuss. Near-mint ones are harder to find than average used examples.

If you want a 200ADII that’s already been serviced and doesn’t need extra work, this is a clean one. It’s priced to sell. Happy to answer questions if you have any!
