The Xotic BB Preamp Andy Timmons Edition is a limited-edition version of Xotic’s popular BB Preamp, developed around the smooth, harmonically rich overdrive sound associated with Andy Timmons.

It can move from a powerful clean boost through warm, compressed overdrive to sustaining lead tones, with separate Bass and Treble controls offering ±15dB of active EQ adjustment.

This pre-owned example is presented in Good Condition, showing visible cosmetic signs of previous pedalboard use while remaining fully functional.

Andy Timmons Signature Edition

This special BB Preamp was produced as a limited run of 3,000 pedals, adding extra appeal for Andy Timmons fans and collectors.

Clean Boost to Smooth Overdrive

The BB Preamp offers more than 30dB of boost, making it useful as:

• Clean boost

• Low-gain overdrive

• Smooth lead drive

• Valve amp booster

• Gain-stacking pedal

Its gain structure gives the pedal a smooth, compressed response while retaining good note definition.

Active 2-Band EQ

The separate Bass and Treble controls each provide up to ±15dB of adjustment, giving considerably more flexibility than a conventional single-tone overdrive.

The Xotic BB Preamp Andy Timmons Edition is a particularly appealing version of an already highly regarded drive pedal.

Its 30dB+ boost range, smooth gain character and active Bass/Treble EQ make it equally useful as a clean boost, amp-pushing overdrive or sustaining lead pedal.

The limited 3,000-unit production run adds extra collector interest, while 9V–18V operation gives players useful flexibility over headroom and feel.

Presented in Good Condition, this is a strong pre-owned example for players looking for a premium, smooth and versatile overdrive.
