Now available, a 1965 Gibson Firebird III 'non reverse' body.

Here we have a sweet and clean Firebird from the end of the golden age. Sporting the typical non-reverse Firebird III appointments including 3x soapbar p90 pickups, the 'lightning bar' compensated wrap-around tailpiece, Mahogany body and neck, and a Rosewood fretboard.

There have been no modifications to this guitar, and the condition of this ‘bird is quite good with NO breaks or repairs. There are a few dings and dents around the body, some nice light lacquer checking, and two chips out of the (shrinking) pickguard.

There is a small area of finish melt on the treble side of the neck at the 8th fret, where the little poly strap in the case touches the neck, this doesn't affect the feel or playability.

Overall this is quite a clean guitar, very solid, with a nicely shaped medium C neck. The pickups are as punchy and ferocious as you expect out of p90’s from this era and it is a great player.

Recently setup and strung with 10-46 strings, comes in its OHSC with adorable picnic basket lining (vibrato arm not included).
