Condition Note:
As a meticulous collector, I would personally grade this guitar in Excellent condition. However, to strictly align with Reverb's strict condition guidelines and ensure there are zero surprises for the buyer, I have conservatively listed it as Very Good.

The instrument functions perfectly, has been kept in a climate-controlled environment, and shows no major flaws. Any blemishes are purely cosmetic, superficial, and minor—such as light polish swirls or faint pick marks under direct light—that are incredibly difficult to capture on camera. Anything more is noted, photographed, and posted in the listing. Please review the high-resolution photos closely, as they serve as the visual description. This Guitar Center-exclusive model was only produced from 2009-2012, featuring coil-splittable ‘57 Classic (neck) and Burstbucker III (bridge) PAF pickups and Grover Rotomatic locking tuners. Tonewoods include a solid two-piece Honduran mahogany body, carved two-piece maple top, quartersawn Honduran mahogany neck, and bound rosewood fingerboard.

The ‘57 Classic in the neck position is wound in the vein of the original PAF, delivering the warm lows, smooth trebles, and tailored midrange clarity of the original design, and the Burstbucker III in the bridge position is overwound and hot, wax-potted for optimal feedback rejection and featuring Alnico II construction.

Additionally, the push/pull coil taps at the Volume knobs enable single coil sparkle and shimmer.

Overall in Very Good to Excellent Condition.  Has been played and has superficial surface marks on it.  On the headstock above the G is an imperfection in the Lacquer finish, not sure how it got past quality control.  I didn't even notice it for several years.  Another small area is the inside of the lower bout, another Lacquer finish imperfection.  See photos

I purchased this guitar used about 12 years and just notice when photoing the pickups that the neck pickup appears to have been replaced with a genuine Gibson '57 Classic (dated 2011), perfectly matching the original factory specs. The bridge pickup is the original factory (BB#3) BurstBucker #3 (dated 2010). All factory push/pull coil-splitting functions work flawlessly. The soldering work appears to be a professional job. I have no information on the repair, however I assume it was a warranty repair when it was new and the replacement pickup is the factory spec for this guitar.   

New Strings installed D'Addario EXL110  10's  Setup neck 0.008 Relief, Low E 0.060 and High E 0.050 (Those are my playing specs) I can reset it to a purchasers settings before shipping.
