Here we have a 2013 Limited Edition MIJ Bass VI in a lovely classic sunburst finish.

This is an interesting model that is identical in spec to the 2012-2014 J-craft series, but was among exactly 90 that were imported into America and sold as the 2013 Limited Edition, serving as a test run along with the Pawn Shop VI to gauge interest in re-issues for the North American market.

The test run was clearly a massive success, selling out immediately, and leading to the numerous Fender and Squier Bass VI models we have today.

Specs-wise, as mentioned, it is essentially the same as a MIJ J-craft reissue and features an alder body, maple neck, rosewood fretboard, Japan "JG" vintage pickups, and the classic Bass VI control scheme.

This one is in great condition overall and plays smoothly with low action and a light weight by Bass VI standards at 9.0Ibs. If you've been looking for an MIJ Bass VI, this is a great playing option with an interesting bit of history and rarity behind it.

Condition: Very Good and bordering on Excellent. The only flaw of note is a scuff near the lower bout which you can see in the final pic. It's otherwise very clean with only normal light scratches and signs of use.
