This is a beautiful guitar that I bought in 2005 from Kevin Bowe. It has a broad range of tones from clean and thin to broad and plucky.
To my hands it has a slightly slender neck which is finished to match body and has a glossy smooth feel. The neck is set and true. Nice medium action. Gold tone Humbucker pickups made in the USA. Super stylish serrated floating pickguard. A floating tunomatic bridge (which may or may not be original ?) and the harp shaped tail piece. A very nice, TKL hard case is included. Finish is clean with no notable marring aside from minor swirling, scratches on the gloss, which you'd expect on 27 year old guitar.
This was my primary guitar for years. I swear songs write themselves on this neck. It works great for jazz, blues, country picking as well as rock. I've found myself with too many guitars these days so I'm happily sending this DeArmond X-155 to a new home. I will slacken the strings, pack it well and ship it insured.
