Produced at Guild's Westerly, RI factory, this 12-string measures a full 17" across the lower bout with a 4 5/8“ body depth. The trademark Guild arched back design allows the JF30-12 to produce extraordinary volume and chime, and its characteristic articulation, clarity, and balance come courtesy of a tight grain Sitka spruce top and highly figured flame maple back and sides. The gloss Blonde nitro lacquer finish highlights the deep, liberal flame figuring across the back, rims, and neck carve. There’s some expected pick scuffing across the soundhole, the binding shows a tiny bit of separation on the bass-side waist at the back, and there are just a few minor dings and scuffs on the body. The gloss on the neck profile is smooth and clean along its length.
