This guitar is used but in good condition for a 40 year old guitar! It shows cosmetic wear from use and age including several dings, finish chips, and scratches across the body and neck. Please see images for appearance. It has been inspected and set-up by our in-house techs and will be gone over again before it ships out.

The Ibanez 1986 RG140 is a Roadstar II Series solid-body electric guitar from the transitional period that led into Ibanez's later RG line. Its contoured basswood body is paired with a bolt-on one-piece maple neck and 22-fret rosewood fingerboard with pearl dot position markers. The HSS pickup configuration combines an Ibanez Super 70 humbucker at the bridge with Super 7F single-coil pickups in the middle and neck positions, controlled by a master volume, master tone, and five-way selector. A Powerocker tremolo, Top-Lok II nut, chrome hardware, and the original rounded Roadstar-style body and headstock distinguish the 1986 version from later guitars carrying the RG140 name.
