Personal Thoughts:
This is a particularly striking JP15, with the Ultramarine Quilt finish showing off the figured maple top beautifully. The deeper blue colour works superbly with the Maple fingerboard and roasted maple neck, giving it a really premium appearance while still retaining the purposeful, modern look associated with the John Petrucci range.

The JP15 is one of Music Man’s most complete high-performance guitars. The 17" radius, 24 stainless-steel frets and signature neck profile make it exceptionally quick and precise, while the floating tremolo and locking tuners provide excellent tuning stability for more technical playing. The piezo system adds another genuinely useful dimension, giving the guitar access to convincing acoustic-style textures alongside its more familiar humbucker sounds.

It is a very versatile instrument despite its modern reputation, capable of everything from articulate cleans and fusion-style lead work through to saturated high-gain tones. A superb professional-grade Music Man with a standout top and a specification that is difficult to fault.
