Overloud Jensen Vintage Alnico P12R - SuperCabinet IR Library (Download)

This is a systematic capture of a Jensen P12R AlNiCo speaker, from the Vintage series, installed in two different cabinets: in both original and remastered version, for a total of 1152 IRs, developed in conjunction with a Jensen Speakers product specialist, in order to recreate the most authentic playing experience, as if you were playing an original speaker. The smallest powered AlNiCo 12” in the range, the P12R is the classic choice for the lower powered combo amps of the tweed era. It was very common in many different Fender®, Epiphone® and Ampeg® amps until the early ‘60s. The P12R is bright and colorful, has a warm, almost loose bass range, excellent cut and sparkle in the top end, and breaks up easily. Designed for lightweight, floating baffle style enclosures, the P12R has the iconic sound of the late ‘50s. The series of the official Jensen® IR Libraries is growing every day!Any single library in the collection is created after an extensive sampling and editing work in conjunction with Jensen Speakers product specialists, seeking for perfection in every capturing step.
