Software, items over 20lbs, special orders ie. cables over 20' & audio snakes of any length, Prism Sound interfaces, stage subwoofers, powered subwoofers, carts, dollies, lighting truss, unique/modded gear, are NON RETURNABLE and NON REFUNDABLE. Microphones are subject to 25% restocking fee. Buyer is responsible for return shipping.
