Schecter Synyster Custom-S Guitar Satin Gold Burst B-Stock 0664

The Synyster Custom-S delivers a supremely comfortable playing experience thanks to its ultra-thin 'C' neck profile and set-neck construction with Ultra Access, accommodating both extended range work and traditional playing positions. This signature model pairs aggressive aesthetics with legitimate performance hardware, designed for players who demand both articulate lead work and stable tuning across extended sessions. The B-stock designation reflects cosmetic considerations only—the underlying instrument remains fully spec'd and ready for professional use.

Playability & Neck Design

The mahogany 3-piece neck with carbon fiber reinforcement rods resists warping while maintaining resonance, while the ultra-thin 'C' profile measures .748" at the first fret and .787" at the 12th for minimal hand fatigue during extended play. The ebony fretboard with 24 X-Jumbo frets on a 16" radius provides responsive string articulation and comfortable bending across the entire neck.

Tone & Electronics

The Schecter USA Synyster Gates Signature Humbucker bridge pickup delivers high-output articulation with clear definition, paired with a Sustainiac neck pickup offering harmonic sustain and tonal complexity via dedicated controls. Independent 2-way and 3-way switches govern Sustainiac engagement and mode selection (Fundamental-Mix-Harmonic), providing versatile soundshaping without sacrificing signal clarity.
