Meinl Pure Alloy Extra Hammered 15" Hi-Hats – Brand New

Brand new pair of Meinl Pure Alloy Extra Hammered 15" Hi-Hats, purchased from Daytona Beach Drum Center. These cymbals are in brand-new condition and have never been used.

The 15" Pure Alloy Extra Hammered Hi-Hats offer a unique combination of clear articulation, dry attack, and warm, complex character. The extra hammering throughout the cymbals gives them a focused response with plenty of texture, while the Pure Alloy bronze provides the musical warmth and smoothness Meinl is known for.

The medium-thin top and medium bottom provide excellent balance between responsiveness and body. Closed, they produce a crisp, dry foot chick with plenty of definition. Open them up and they develop a thick, aggressive bark and a broad, powerful wash that can easily fill out a mix.

These are especially versatile hi-hats for players looking for something with more character and complexity than a traditional pair. They work equally well for studio recording, live performance, rock, funk, jazz, pop, and everything in between.
