The Clavinet 1 is the represents the earliest model of the instrument, and was a favorite of legendary Band keyboardist Garth Hudson. In fact, if you look at any video footage of him playing, you will see the same model atop his Lowrey organ. Cool right? This one will not win any beauty contests, but it works as it should, and has been in my recording studio for the last five years. I have another, and I don’t need both.
