I have a gorgeous 2025 Kiesel Delos here. With its factory case, factory paperwork, and even the original factory shipping box. Just like a new one.

Conditionally, the guitar looks pretty much immaculate, so I will keep it brief.

Any guitar pick strumming on the plastic pickguard will be minimal. There will be just faint traces of use on the pickguard. Any similar superficial swirling will be more so minimal to nonexistent anywhere else on the guitar.

I did not find any dings or bumps or indentations or scratches. There is no buckle rash or worming. Nor did I find any clusters or any accumulation or chain of any low intensity playwear like surface swirling. The body surface looks exceptionally clean throughout.

The neck is as clean as the body, with nothing to report there. The headstock, neck shaft contour, fretboard, everything looks exceptionally clean. The setup plays absolutely fantastic. It is perfectly dialed in. The electronics are working as they should. The case is clean. There are no unpleasant smells on the guitar or case.

So this one easily rates a 9.8/10 and grades as excellent. This guitar is on the higher side of what I see conditionally. This is always my favorite kind of gear to work with and receive. So if you were in the market for a new Delos, this is a nice opportunity and a great score to get a near mint, like new one.

I have a photocopy of the original build sheet pictured, which goes over the gist of the specs. This one is a very straightforward build, and that is a good thing.

It has the SSS single coil configuration with the traditional Mark single coils, which is the best choice for a Delos. Kiesel knows that, and that's why it is an upcharge to get this configuration. This is what turns this guitar into a true vintage meets modern S style guitar.

The addition of stainless steel frets and an ebony fingerboard are ingredients usually only seen in high end shred guitars. So this guitar has the wood combination that you see in a guitar like a Jackson Soloist. It certainly still has the traditional Strat sound, perhaps with a little more sparkle and clarity due to the stainless steel frets.

Add in the absolutely premium Hipshot brass and steel hardtail bridge and the ebony fingerboard, and you have a guitar that isn't a departure from a vintage S style guitar, but rather a flagship custom shop quality version of one.

Guitars made to this high standard are the reason Fender is suing everyone right now.

So it's a classy traditional Strat style guitar. But with the utmost modern innovations and custom shop quality that Kiesel is known for such as the stabilizing carbon rods in the neck. Specially slow heat treated wood for enhanced harmonic content. Premium hardware including proprietary locking tuners. Stainless steel frets. All the good stuff. I cannot think of a higher quality guitar of this type and make at this price point.

I will immaculately pack it as well. I use quality shipping boxes, ample tape on all sides. And sufficient bubble wrap filler and bracing inside the box. And always Marked/denoted as fragile. I generally detune guitars 1/2 half step prior to shipment as well if needed.
