About this model

The Yamaha DX7 data cartridge is a ROM or RAM cartridge designed for use with the Yamaha DX7 FM synthesiser, allowing players to store, load, and expand their library of voice patches beyond the synth's internal memory. Cartridges like these were an essential accessory during the DX7's era, enabling performers and studio musicians to switch between entirely different banks of sounds - from factory presets to third-party or custom-programmed patches - quickly and reliably. A set of these cartridges represents a practical way to unlock a broader sonic palette from a DX7, and original cartridges in good condition are increasingly difficult to find.

A great opportunity to own a Yamaha Dx7 data cartridges at this price point.
