This mandolin is in lovely, shining, original shape. We don’t believe any restoration was ever done to this lovely piece. Two small factory original holes used to mount a pickguard are present near the fingerboard and on the treble side bout, as shown. It is largely free of dents except for a shallow edge ding on the bass side bout. There are some light abrasions and scratches throughout from normal use.
It includes the rare original hard case in great shape AND a custom made flight ready Calton brand road case(a $1500 value).
