About this guitar: 

This guitar is a rare find! It comes from a collector of vintage Japanese instruments, and both the guitar and the original case are in excellent condition - even including the original case candy.Like all our guitars it has been cleaned, fully checked and set up, action is low and confortable and ready to rock !

The guitar is in outstanding cosmetic and technical shape, having been barely played. The neck, fretboard, and frets are all in excellent condition, and the truss rod works perfectly. The action is low and comfortable, making it a pleasure to play.

While the body is similar in size to a dreadnought (see the last photos for a comparison), its shape is closer to a jumbo with a single cutaway. Although we were not able to find the exact specifications for this guitar, the top, sides, and back appear to be made of solid wood, as shown in the interior photos.

The wood on the sides and back looks like rosewood, and judging by the grain pattern, the top appears to be Spruce —please refer to the photos for confirmation.

The instrument is highly resonant and sounds fantastic, as you would expect from the high-quality craftsmanship that Morris (Moridaira) has consistently delivered over the years.
