Oktava MD-71 Dynamic Microphone — 1981, USSR
Up for sale the vintage Soviet OKTAVA MD-71 dynamic microphone. These microphones were produced for acoustic measurements and have a fairly flat frequency response with a slight hump at 6000 hz. So they sound great! If you are looking for vintage, unique sound, then these microphones will definitely come in handy.
The mic has some dents from the wire (see photo). Soviet plastic microphone cases often have such dents from the wire due to long storage in a wire-wrapped state. But maybe it's traces of a soldering iron, who knows ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
