The Evans Hydraulic Black Coated Snare Head 14" features two plies, one 7.5 mil film and one 6.5 mil film. Between the plies is a thin layer of oil that offers durability and a fat, deep sound with a short attack. This head is great for hard hitting rock drummers and black design makes them stand out from the rest.
All Evans heads feature the Level 360 Collar. This collar ensures a balanced contact around the bearing edge of the shell, making tuning an absolute breeze and enhancing the sound quality by allowing the head to better resonate though out your drum shell.
