Modulus graphite Blackknife Grateful Dead

This is a very rare "Grateful dead" style  Blackknife. The strat style body has been upgraded to a Fender Ultra body. The neck is  modulus graphite and will not be affected by weather. The pickups are 2 Dimarzio super two humbuckers and 1 Dimarzio single coil SDS 1, just like Jerry Garcia's Tiger. There also is an Alembic onboard preamp that you can toggle for extra gain. There are push/pull pots on the knobs that you can split the coils on the humbuckers and also a 5 way selector switch for pickup configuration. I am torn to let this one go, but I just don't play it anymore. Someone will really appreciate what this special guitar can do. If you are looking at this listing, you know what this is. There is a ding on the middle of the top horn. I have included a picture of this. The only reason I didn't list the condition as excellent is because of this finish ding.
