The NEEWER X16B is a foldable 16" teleprompter for live streams, interviews, presentations and video recordings. The one-piece design requires no complicated assembly and is therefore ready to use in no time. After the session, the teleprompter can be folded away and stored in the bag supplied.

The 70/30 HD beam splitter glass achieves a light transmittance of 70 per cent. Text from a connected smartphone or tablet is displayed clearly in front of the lens, whilst the camera records through the glass. A protective cover blocks out distracting ambient light and reduces reflections, ensuring the script remains clearly visible even in changing lighting conditions.

The extendable device holder accommodates smartphones and tablets up to 28 cm wide. This makes the teleprompter suitable even for larger tablets, which offer a correspondingly large text area for longer scripts.

To ensure precise alignment, both the teleprompter screen and the camera mount can be adjusted vertically. In addition, the camera can be moved horizontally by up to 14.5 cm. This allows the lens, the reflective surface and the teleprompter unit to be positioned in relation to one another.

The X16B is mounted on a suitable tripod via 1/4" and 3/8" threads on the underside. The construction, made from metal, HD glass and polyester, weighs around 3 kg.

The NEEWER Teleprompter app for iOS and Android allows you to edit, import and play back scripts. Font size, text colour and scroll speed can be adjusted to suit the shoot. The included RT113 Bluetooth remote control allows you to control the device directly whilst filming, without having to constantly reach for your smartphone or tablet.

This makes it just as easy to control the text flow during recording as it is to adjust other key parameters in the setup. Especially during longer takes, presentations or live streams, this ensures your focus remains on the camera and the content.
