The Ibanez Bass Workshop SRMS725 Multiscale Blue Chameleon at a glance:

With the SRMS725 Multiscale electric bass, Ibanez presents a new five-string model in its Bass Workshop series. The five-piece walnut neck is firmly attached to the okoumé body with four screws, ensuring maximum stability in any environment. Thanks to the selected woods for the body and neck, the result is a bright, clear and stable sound with an excellent attack. The fretboard made of panga panga not only scores with its beautiful grain, but also provides a solid low and mid range as well as a sharp Attack in the trebles. Five controls are provided for precise and convenient control, giving you full control over all sounds. The string spacing can be individually adjusted on the in-house MR5S bridge to adapt to the needs of every bassist.

Fishman Fluence Pickups & 3-Band Equalizer

For the first time, the stainless steel covers of the Fishman Fluence pickups shine on a Bass and, in addition to the attractive appearance, deliver a Fluence multi-voice performance with an impressive dynamic range and a unique, expressive sound without unwanted background noise. and conveniently switch between the individual voices, the Bass has a three-way voice switch and thus provides the player with a wide range of sounds for every playing style. A classic, full and round sound, as well as a sound with full frequency and dynamics and finally a funky hi-fi scooped sound are available. The highlight of this instrument, however, is probably the 3-band equalizer developed by Fishman for Ibanez, which was specially integrated for the newly added mid-control and runs at a frequency of 630 Hz.

Graph Tech Ratio tuners & Multiscale

The Graph Tech Ratio tuners installed here not only have an appealing design but also enable easy, pleasant and accurate tuning of the bass thanks to the unique tuning mechanism. The multiscale construction balances the tension of each string, resulting in a livelier and more open sound. Another advantage of this design is the improvement in playing comfort due to the ergonomic adjustment to the angle at which the hand moves along the neck.
