This Wireless DVS Control System Doesn't Require Control Vinyl Imagine being able to DJ with DVS-compatible DJ software without having to use control vinyl — or without ever dropping a needle. It's possible, with the MWM Phase Essential Wireless DVS controller system. The Phase system consists of a dock and two transmitters, which you'll place atop your records on your decks. The transmitters are essentially motion sensors, reading the motion of the record and transmitting it back to the dock. The dock connects to your DVS rig via RCA connections, allowing you to control your digital tracks just like you would with control vinyl. And because the MWM Phase Essential Wireless DVS controller system doesn't use a needle to track your movements, it's impervious to external issues such as excessive rumble. Note: The Phase Essential system offers the same functionality as the Phase Ultimate system, but only includes one pair of Phase transmitters. Because Phase utilizes motion tracking instead of a traditional needle, it is not affected by excessive bass, rumble, stage vibrations, and so on. Tracks your turntable movements with extreme accuracy Using the Phase control system is easy — simply place the Phase transmitters atop your turntables, and Phase will track even the smallest movements of the turntable. A control signal is wirelessly transmitted (2.4GHz band) to the dock, which is connected to your DVS software via RCA cables.
