The Model 250 cello is a fully carved instrument with traditional appointments and a beautiful amber spirit varnish. It features a carved Spruce top with Maple back and sides. The Model 250 produces a tone that is rich, clear, warm, and resonant.
The tonewood is naturally dried outside on a covered, ventilated area for 10 years. The wood is then placed into a drying room, consistent with old world traditional European practices. This process ensures that the wood will not open or expand, and guarantees overall stability.
An easy-to-play cello that will bring years of enjoyment to any cellist. This model captures the essence of the great Italian masters and offers a diverse range of beautiful tonal qualities.
