Rare 100% analog Evans EE-3 Super Echo echo chamber (240v), "Made in Japan" in the 1970s, in very good condition. The Evans' operating mechanism is identical to tape echoes, Maestro Echoplex, Dynacord Echocord, and HH Echo Unit, due to the sliding axis through which the echo is generated. The sound is very good, harmonic, and mellow. The echo is generated by the recording head, which 'moves' along a sliding axis. The position and therefore the desired echo duration are chosen. This system creates very interesting effects because it achieves milliseconds that would not be possible with fixed heads. As a consequence of the head's movement, a pleasant chorus effect is created by the change in recording position. The top of the Evans has been replaced with transparent plexiglass. It has dedicated microphone and instrument inputs, both with high and low gain (for guitar and synth/keyboards). This Evans amplifier is part of a combo set with another amplifier I'm also selling, a Vocal Mixer MA-100 Deluxe with 100 watts of power and Spring Reverb. It also functions as a mixer, with the option of mixing echo and reverb.

It has been fully serviced and maintained by a specialized technician. In terms of maintenance, the Evans is 100% ready for professional use and recording.
