MJT makes bodies that are as good, and in some cases better than the Fender Custom Shop. This is one of those cases. If it did not have MJT stamped into the body, you'd be hard pressed to tell that Fender didn't build this 1 Piece Swamp Ash body.
I've built countless guitars for clients over the years using MJT. I rarely build anymore, but I still have the need to relic parts. I've mastered the art of aging guitars over the 2 decades I was doing it and am happy to offer this amazing body for sale.
It's a lightweight 1 piece Ash body in a thin skin, '54 styled 2 tone Sunburst Nitro that was given a heavy relic treatment. It looks like a true vintage guitar that has seen the world several times over. It's super light at 3 pounds, 8 ounces (3.10 with Fender strap knobs).
There is a Fender Eric Johnson neck that is up for sale as well.
