Washburn T-Bird Deluxe BBR Wing Series w/ Kahler Flyer Tremolo System

A rare bird indeed from Washburn. Made  in 1984, this is a suped up T-bird with humbuckers that are splittable via a push/pull pot. PLUS, it has been upgraded to the legendary Kahler Flyer, perhaps one of the best and most versatile tremolo systems ever. All controls function as they should. 

Awesome red trim on the body and neck, with red dot inlays and red Washburn logo. Very rare. Washburn called it the BBR and made a black and red version of this, the Hawk, the Force 6, A-20, Tour, and a few bass models. This was the rarest among them, not even appearing in the promo materials at the time (see pic). This is a lean, mean bang-for-buck machine.
