Original vintage c 1969 super early, low serial no. rarest of the rare WHITE W-100 tube amplifier in absolutely stunning condition. You’ll never find another, let alone one in such good nick. She’s all original, partridge/ parmeko transformers, freshly serviced and recapped, brand new quad of JJ el34’s, and ready for another 50 years. Absolute holy grail amp.
Sonically, she’s just… wow. Massive. One of the loudest hundred watt amplifiers I’ve ever heard. No clean machine either; she’s got tons of gain and distortion, and gets really creamy and smeary when pushed. I could go on, but I wouldn’t get any closer to explaining. Just a magic machine. Whisper quiet at idle, too.
