Lenzner Fisoma Gut Double Upright Bass Strings G & D

NOS German made double bass strings, “Fisoma” brand.

Brand new, not used. Have only been taken out of the packaging for the photo’s.

Fisoma is a brand name from Lenzner, which was used in the past, but not currently anymore. So dont know how old these strings are, but I had several of these same sets, and strung one of the sets on my personal bass. Tuned up fine. As normal for gut strings, they took a couple hours to stretch, but now I have been using them for weeks and they keep pitch just fine. It is the best sounding gut string I ever played. Better than the cheapo asian strings I also tried before.

I know that a new Lenzner brand D and G string would be € 167 plus shipping currently. Asking just a super cheap 1/3rd of that, at € 59 for both ....
