QUAD POWER AMP MODEL QAA 1002, made in England

Note: due to its age, this QUAD amplifier has several scratches here and there on
the top and bottom, see the pictures, however they work well

Each model has been designed to drive speaker loads as low as 2 ohms without damage or performance degradation. The amplifiers can be operated in stereo mode or bridged mono for driving subwoofers or other high-power loads. The amplifier can accept input signals from either balanced or unbalanced connections. Unbalanced connections may be used where the signal path from the source to the amplifier is 6' (2 meters) or less. An internal variable speed cooling fan ensures during operations. QAA series amplifiers can be installed inside standard 19" equipment racks or placed on a shelf or tabletop.

The QAA 1002 is a professional grade stereo power amplifier that delivers up to 900W RMS per channel into a 2 ohm load when driven in stereo or up to 1800W RMS when bridged mono. It offers balanced inputs on detachable termination blocks with rear-mounted gain trim controls
