This beautiful cello, full of historical charm, has recently been professionally set up by a luthier. The work included:
- A new bridge
- Soundpost adjustment
- New strings (different from those shown in the photos)
- Cleaning and polishing of the body
The cello has a powerful, deep bass and a clear, singing, projecting middle and upper register. It is therefore suitable for solo performances as well as chamber music and orchestral playing.
If you are interested, please feel free to get in touch. If you do not have much playing experience yourself, I would be happy to play a few pieces for you.
Bids starting at €2,000 are welcome.
