BOSS JS-5 Jam Station - Rhythm Machine / Drum Machine

[Features]

The BOSS JS-5 Jam Station is a versatile multi-function backing machine ideal for practice, composition, and idea sketching. Equipped with an extensive selection of rhythm styles and diverse built-in tones, it adds realistic drum and bass accompaniment to your guitar playing. Whether you're working through phrases in rock, blues, pop, funk, jazz, or other genres, this unit blends naturally into any session.

With dedicated sections for intro, verse, fill, break, and ending, you can structure your rhythm practice in a more musical way, moving beyond repetitive playing. The unit supports chord progression editing, allowing you to easily build custom backing tracks that match any melody or riff you imagine. The EZ COMPOSE function makes song arrangement accessible even for those new to composition, helping you quickly establish a solid musical foundation.

Audio recording capability, MIDI connectivity, and footswitch input jack round out the feature set, making it equally at home for home recording checks or full-scale music production with other gear. The headphone output lets you practice intensively whenever you want, regardless of the time of day.
