※Currently, we can ship to the United States without issue via UGX and FedEx. We ship with shipping insurance included, so please rest assured. We generally ship using the listed shipping rates, but we would appreciate it if you could inquire about the shipping cost beforehand just to be safe. Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.

チェックは熟練の修理技術者によって行われ、外観チェック及び機能、演奏性チェックを実施しています。
到着から1週間以内に説明文に記載のない不具合があった場合のみ返品を受け付けます。
それ以降のご連絡は一切お受け出来ませんので、予めご了承ください。
【輸送中の破損について】
商品が破損して到着した場合は、出荷に署名する前にパッケージに損傷がないか確認し、損傷が見つかった場合はすぐに配送会社に報告してください。24時間以内にスタッフにメッセージを送信し、損傷した商品の写真と、箱に目に見える損傷がない場合でも、箱の写真を添付してください。
商品到着時に出荷に署名する前にダンボールに損傷がないか確認して頂き、
ダンボールの中の商品の損傷が見つかった場合はすぐに配送会社に報告してください。
24時間以内に当店にメッセージを送信し、損傷した商品の写真とダンボールに目に見える損傷がない場合でも、
ダンボールの写真の添付をお願いします。
ダンボール、梱包材、商品に付属していたケース、マニュアル、書類、部品、付属品は捨てないでください。
特に、楽器のピックアップ、ピックガード、コントロールプレートなどから保護フィルムを剥がさないでください。
※上記はEMSの保険適用の際に大事な要件となります。
