Up for sale is an incredibly rare, vintage pair of New Old Stock (NOS) / Excellent condition Premier Lancewood drumsticks, proudly stamped "Made in England" from the golden era of British percussion (circa 1960s - 1970s). ✔️

The Story & Rarity:

Serious collectors and vintage drum enthusiasts know exactly what these are. Marked with the iconic "L" flag logo, these sticks were crafted from premium Lancewood—a highly dense, heavy, and resonant tropical wood that Premier used for its top-tier stick line during the mid-to-late 20th century. ✔️

Notes: L- long version back in time. ✔️

Weight: 2.5 ounces (about 71 grams) per pair. ✔️

Length: 15 inches (38.1 cm). ✔️

Due to the scarcity of the timber, Premier discontinued the Lancewood series decades ago, replacing them with standard hickory and maple. Finding an original British-made pair today with the classic blue/green text stamp still crisp and intact is an absolute rarity. ✔️
