Normandy Guitars is first and foremost a manufacturer of Aluminum Guitars, Basses and Effects Pedals. Normandy guitars and pedals are sold worldwide and are played by some of Rock n Roll's coolest characters! HOWEVER, Normandy also has a custom shop in Salem Oregon that was Recognized As One of America's Top Indie Guitar Shops by Guitar Player Magazine last year. Shipping Policy
We carefully and promptly package and ship all orders as soon as payment has cleared. We have extensive experience in shipping worldwide, making sure that your instrument arrives at your doorstep ready to play.
Return Policy
New Items
Returnable within 7 days of delivery.
Used & Vintage Items
Returnable within 3 days of delivery.
General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
Most vintage & used items may be returned within 3 days from the date of delivery. If you are not satisfied, please contact us immediately as we must evaluate all vintage and used returns on a case by case basis. All vintage and used refunds may be subject to a 5% restocking fee, as well as original outbound shipping costs.
Most new, untouched, unopened items may be returned within 15 days of the date of delivery for a full refund in the form of store credit, less outbound shipping costs.
Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs, unless return is a result of incorrect shipment or defective item.
For orders paid using an American Express card, we may pass on an additional 3.5% fee of the purchase price to process your refund.
All international returns are subject to additional shipping fees.
