Here for sale we have a Fender Vintera ‘60’s Modified Telecaster in Lake Placid Blue. Made in Mexico in 2020, this guitar features an Alder body, Maple neck and 21 fret Pau Ferro fingerboard. Other appointments include 3-Saddle Vintage-Style Bridge with Brass Barrel Saddles and Vintage-Style tuning machines. A pair of  Vintage-Style '60s Hot Single-Coils are fitted and wired to 4-way pickup selector, master volume with S-1 switch and master tone.

The Maple neck plays very well, with the ‘60s “C” profile sitting very comfortably in the hand and promotes ergonomic hand positioning, feeling chunky and smooth whilst providing an articulate playing experience. The 9.5" radius delivers a suitably vintage-inspired playing experience whilst retaining practicality for lead lines and string bending, further enhanced by the Medium Jumbo frets. The smooth lines of the Tele body along with generous body contours are as comfortable and familiar as ever, ensuring that long gigs and practice sessions are a breeze.

The pair of Vintage-Style '60s Hot Single Coils sound have an increased output than most other tele pickups providing you with plenty of clarity and warmth in the neck and the classic Telecaster ‘Twang’ in the bridge. A detailed low end is complemented well by a smooth midrange, whilst the high frequencies are bright and shimmering. The S-1 switch provides more tonal complexities by providing out of phase single coil sounds. The pickups cut through nicely, putting your playing front and centre in even the densest of mixes.

Aesthetic Condition:

Headstock: Overall very good condition. The front face demonstrates light scratching and indentation, only visible under direct light at certain angles. Any other markings to the headstock are difficult to discern.

Neck: Overall excellent condition. Any markings to the neck and fingerboard are difficult to discern.

Body: Overall very good condition. All aspects of the body demonstrate very light scratching, only visible under direct light at certain angles. The lower bout sides demonstrate a small area of scuff marks near the strap button that could not be removed during our cleaning process. A small indentation can be seen to the bass side lower bout on the edge of the body.

Condition of Frets:

The frets demonstrate light signs of use, not affecting playability. There is considerable material remaining for any fret work the new owner may wish to perform.

Current Set Up:

Truss Rod: Fully functional. Truss rod tool (flat head driver) not included.

Hardware: Fully functional and very good condition. Light to mild scratching and tarnishing is apparent to the control plate, tuners, neck plate and bridge. Light concentrated scratching is apparent to the pickguard.

Structural: No concerns or issues to note.

Height of the string from the 12th Fret-1.75mm - Bass 2mm
