The Friedman Buxom Boost is an extremely versatile clean boost pedal based on the beloved clean channel of the Friedman Buxom Betty amplifier. This is not just a linear boost, but a true sound shaping tool. Inside we find a three-band active EQ (bass, mid and treble), separate controls for boost level and bass response (Tight), as well as a handy switch to activate or exclude the EQ. This allows you to use the Buxom Boost both for transparent signal push and for precise tone sculpting. The build quality is excellent, in true Friedman style, with a sturdy metal chassis and precise tactile pots. The pedal is true bypass and runs on 9V DC. It is made in the United States and is an ideal solution for both guitarists looking for a transparent boost, and for those who want to intervene more deeply on the dynamic and timbre response of their sound.
