The Shubb C7b Special Partial Capo provides a special tonal effect by covering strings 5-4-3. Covering these particular strings on a guitar in standard tuning emulates the popular open and slide tuning 'DADGAD' except it is a step higher. Alternatively you can use it covering strings 2-3-4 at the 2nd fret in order to form an open A chord.
