This cassette deck is in fair condition. It has passed our 10-point functional test, with 4 item(s) not applicable to this unit. Note: The cassette deck is in working order, although the buttons can become stuck or stiff. This appears to be age-related, as the issue is intermittent. Otherwise, the unit powers on as expected. About this model

The Technics RS-615US is a front-loading stereo cassette deck with a 2-head design: a super-permalloy record/playback head and a ferrite erase head, driven by an electronically controlled DC motor. It handles Type I, Type II (CrO2) and Type III (FeCr) tapes, includes Dolby B noise reduction, and offers analog VU level meters plus an automatic timer record/playback facility. Line and microphone inputs sit alongside line out and a 6.3mm headphone output, making it a practical deck for dubbing and playing back a cassette collection.

A great opportunity to own a Technics RS-615US at this price point.
