MEZZO FURIOSO are excited to offer this stunning 1967 Gibson ES-335 TDC Cherry Red in excellent condition.

S/N: 879300

A seriously cool piece of Gibson history. This 1967 ES-335 captures everything that makes these early semi-hollow guitars so desirable, with its iconic looks, unmistakable character, and that rich, woody tone that only comes with decades of playing.

From the classic double-cutaway body to the legendary PAF-era-inspired 'Pat. No' humbucker sound, this is a guitar with presence. When clean, it delivers warm, articulate chime but when pushed through an amp, it opens up into the fat, singing sustain and gritty blues-rock tones the ES-335 is famous for.

This particular example is all original with no repairs or modifications and has retained its beautiful cherry red finish throughout the years. There are some minor signs of natural playing wear, lacquer checking and tarnishing to the hardware that is often associated with instruments of this age.

It has a medium to thick neck profile which feels incredible in the hand, allowing for ultimate playability and comfort when moving around the neck or when holding down chords.

The real magic with this instrument is in the feel. A guitar from 1967 simply has a story to tell, with naturally aged woods, decades of resonance, and a character that no modern reissue can quite replicate.

This is a genuine vintage Gibson with serious attitude, built in the golden era and ready for its next chapter.

Comes with its original 60's Lifton case.
