Politiche di spedizione
Orders are shipped within 1–3 business days after payment is approved, excluding weekends and holidays. Tracking will be uploaded to the Reverb order as soon as the shipment is processed.
All items are packed carefully and securely to help prevent shipping damage.
Shipping rates shown in the listing apply only to the specified shipping destination and service.
Signature confirmation may be required for higher-value orders at my discretion.
Please verify that your Reverb shipping address is correct before placing an order. I can only ship to the address associated with the order unless Reverb authorizes a change.
Delivery estimates are carrier estimates and are not guaranteed. Weather, carrier delays, and other events outside my control may affect delivery time.
If a package appears damaged on arrival, please keep all packaging and contact me through Reverb promptly with clear photos of the box, shipping label, packing materials, and item.
Lost or damaged shipments will be handled through the applicable carrier or shipping-protection claim process. Please cooperate with any required documentation or inspection.
International buyers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, import fees, and any carrier brokerage charges. I will not declare a lower value or mark merchandise as a gift.
Refused, undeliverable, or returned-to-sender shipments may be refunded only after the item is returned and inspected; original shipping, return shipping, and applicable restocking fees may be deducted where permitted.
Reverb requires sellers to ship and update tracking within three business days after an order is approved, so the 1–3-business-day handling commitment is aligned with the marketplace expectation.

Informazioni di sicurezza dei produttori
Instruments sold at Z Instrumental are manufactured by their original brands/factories for reliable performance and sound.
Because these items are pre-owned, manufacturing details may vary by model year and production batch.
Each listing should include the manufacturer name and model (when available). If a specific detail isn’t listed, it can often be found on the instrument’s label, serial number area, or documentation (where applicable).
Used items may show cosmetic wear from normal use; performance condition is evaluated before sale.
