Shipping Policy
We ship via UPS Ground or FedEx Ground, unless you contact us and wish to expedite the shipment, in which case additional UPS and FedEx charges will apply.

General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
If you wish to return an item, we must be notified within 48 hours of the buyer receiving the item. We also will require another email within 96 hours of item receipt indicating the carrier and tracking number of the return shipment. All return shipments must be tracked and insured for the full amount of the instrument/item. Both outgoing and return shipment costs are the responsibility of the buyer, and an additional 4% restocking fee will be incurred by the buyer to cover costs we incur, including, but not limited to, credit card reversal processing fees, website maintenance, fulfillment and inventory maintenance.
