Shipping Policy
We ship to the continental 48 states, with a signature requirement. Buyer pays shipping . We prefer UPS, however we can accomodate special requests. Buyer assumes responsibility once we send the tracking number, if anything happens in transit to the instrument it is the buyer's responsibility to hold UPS/USPS/FedEx accountable, all instruments will be insured for their full value so this should be as simple as submitting a claim.

General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
