Victory Gun & Guitar Works, LLC is a fine firearms and musical instrument dealer serving the greater North and East Texas area. Based out of Lindale, Tx, just north of I-20 and Tyler, we buy and sell new and vintage American-made used guitars, amplifiers, speakers, monitors, wedges, guitar pedals, mixers, effects, and more! Shipping Policy
We are excited to have you as our customer! We ship inside the continental US, Alaska, and Hawaii only. We do not ship internationally. To eliminate fraud, we require a clear photocopy of your state issued drivers license or ID to verify who you are. We require that your Paypal, shipping address, and id match to ship! We do not ship to your workplace, UPS stores, PO boxes or any other location that is not your physical address on your drivers license/Paypal account. We use UPS Ground, insured, adult signature required to guarantee that you will receive your item. Shipping is usually $50, however for high dollar items or items shipped to east or west coast, Alaska or Hawaii, shipping may be higher. It is insured and delivered with adult signature required. We do not leave things at doorsteps! Thank you for taking the time to read this! General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
We take the highest quality photos and describe items the to the best of our ability. Please ask all of the questions you have prior to buying! We do make sure that fresh strings are on stringed instruments, however you will need to have your own in-town luthier set up the instruments action to your personal tastes.
We allow for a three day inspection from the time you receive the item and allow for you to return it for any reason. Since our items ship for free, it costs us a lot as a small family business. Therefore, if the item is returned, we will refund the guitar cost less a 10% restocking fee. You are responsible for shipping costs coming back and careful packing to make sure the item is as it was when it arrived.
