General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
Costs for restoration of vintage instruments is a buyer responsibility. We do not now, nor ever have, nor ever will attempt to do any repairs on vintage instruments. Vintage instruments are not to be considered as new and able to play the same. Vintage instrument buyers are making investments. They may make restoration or hold the instrument for historical or sentimental reasons. We are not vested in future repairs or restoration. Instruments are sold AS IS.
