We do ship internationally at the lowest rates available. We cannot collect import or VAT tax in advance. We guarantee your shipment against loss or damage to your address but you are responsible for any customs duties that me be required for final delivery. Please contact us in advanced for international shipping quotes.
Shipping Policy
We usually ship via FedEx or UPS in the continental USA. We are not currently shipping outside of the US.
Return Policy
New Items
Returnable within 14 days of delivery.
Restocking Fee: 15%
Used & Vintage Items
Returnable within 7 days of delivery.

General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
A refund will be given if the item is returned in original packaging and within 7 days for used and vintage instruments and 14 days on new items. The item must be in the same condition in which it left, any damage to the item will void the return and refund. Please note that this applies ONLY to purchases made by going straight to the shopping cart.
