Shipping Policy
Free USA Shipping On All Items. We do have International shipping to many countries plus thru our eBay Store we offer global shipping to over 190 countries. Most orders are shipped via USPS first class or priority mail. Parts and DIY kits are normally shipped within 1 to 2 business day of receiving your order and cleared payment Monday through Friday. Orders placed on Saturday will be shipped out the next available business day (excluding Sundays and Holidays). Harness's are assembled after purchase so my lead time to build & test your harness before shipping is 5 to 10 business days.

Returnable within 14 days of delivery.

Returnable within 7 days of delivery.
General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.

Returns <br>We understand that sometimes after receiving an item it is not what you wanted or thought it was. We do accept returns under certain conditions. If you need to return an item please contact us at [email protected] before you return the item. We need the item name, date of purchase and the reason you are returning. All returns must have a Return Authorization (RA). We will respond back with your RA. <br><br>You must notify us (by email) within 14 days of receipt of the item , provide item # and date of purchase. The item must be received back within 30 days of the date of purchase. The item must be unused and in same condition as it was shipped. No solder on lugs, terminals, leads or clipped leads. <br><br>You should expect to receive your refund within 2 business days of our receipt of the returned item, however, in many cases you will receive a refund within 24 hours. Provided there are no issues with your return. <br><br>Our #1 goal is for you to be 100% Satisfied!
